Every
Painting is Alive with Color and Emotion...
Margot
began painting as a child. She
painted on everything, including the furniture, telephones, and walls.
She continues to paint on walls and has done many murals for private
and public clients.
Largely
self taught, she has some local formal training from Mt. San Antonio College
in Walnut, California.
Margot
has specialized in watercolor portraiture for 12 years.
She loves how the luminosity of the watercolor brings out the essence
of the subject. It becomes a process of revelation.
"I strive to create an emotional connection with the viewer in my paintings."
You
can also find Margot hanging out with all the future DaVinci's at KidsArt in
Chino Hills where she is the Manager of the art school.
Margot makes her home in
Diamond Bar, California with her husband Kyle, two children, Kelly and Aaron,
and two kitties, Elvis and Delilah.
